MINIMUM ORDER
- Our minimum order is $300.00
SPECIAL NOTICE
- Correspondents are requested to use their printed business
letterheads. We do not quote wholesale prices to retail buyers and make
every effort to limit the distribution of price lists to wholesale
nursery dealers only.
PRICES
- All prices are F.O.B. Decherd, Tennessee, 37324 and are subject to
change without notice.
TERMS ARE NET CASH
- To those who have established credit with us, PAYMENT IS NET 30 DAYS.
To new customers, cash, security, or satisfactory reference is
required before shipment. Overdue accounts are subject to a service
charge of 1½% a month or 18% annually. NO DISCOUNT IS ALLOWED as it is
our policy to maintain attractive prices
consistent with high quality stock.
GUARANTEE
-Viburnums by George prides
itself in exercising the greatest of care in keeping varieties true to
name. However, we give no warranty, expressed or implied,
as to description, productiveness,
or any other matter of any nursery stock or seeds we sell. It is
mutually agreed that our liability for any errors or other causes is
confined to
replacement or refund not to exceed the
original purchase price. All orders are accepted on condition that they
be void should we have an error on inventory counts or injury to stock
from causes beyond our control.
TRANSPORTATION
RISKS - While we use the greatest of care in
packing our stock, we are not liable for delays in transit. OUR
RESPONSIBILITY ENDS UPON DELIVERY IN GOOD
CONDITION TO TRANSPORTATION COMPANY.
All stock travels at purchaser's risk and
expense.
CLAIMS
- Any claim must be made within ten days
after receipt of stock.
OUT OF SEASON
DIGGING - An additional charge of 25%
will be added to WB material to cover special handling.
The parties hereto agree that any dispute arising out of the sale of
these goods shall be arbitrated exclusively in the Chancery Court for
Franklin County, Tennessee, and the State of Tennessee shall be the
forum for any and all litigation that may arise from any sale of goods
by the seller. Either party not prevailing in such action shall be
liable to the prevailing party for reasonable attorney fees.
